Agreement

1. Membership Terms and General Provisions

1.1 Membership Discretion: CEEC reserves the right to approve or revoke membership at its sole discretion to maintain the integrity and objectives of the association. Members removed for any reason will receive a clear explanation upon request.

1.2 Prohibited Content: CEEC does not currently support adult content, including pornography. Members are encouraged to use the platform responsibly and in alignment with community values.

1.3 Speech and Conduct: CEEC is committed to supporting free speech and open dialogue. However, speech that constitutes bona fide threats or endangers others’ safety and well-being is strictly prohibited. CEEC aims to foster a respectful environment without censoring topics that may be deemed controversial or offensive by some.

2. Intellectual Property and External Content

2.1 Respect for IP: CEEC values intellectual property rights. Members must respect third-party trademarks, copyrights, and other proprietary content. CEEC does not tolerate infringement of intellectual property laws.

2.2 Shared Content: Members can create and share content such as bookmarks, folders, or repositories. While CEEC encourages sharing, any misuse of content, such as unauthorized copying or distribution, may result in membership review.

3. Corporate Membership and Applications

3.1 Corporate Membership: Businesses or organizations interested in joining CEEC should complete the Corporate Membership Application . Corporate users will have greater autonomy over branding and shared content within the CEEC platform.

3.2 Corporate Integrity: Corporate members are required to ensure that their presence and contributions on CEEC reflect ethical standards and align with the association’s mission.

4. Community and Member Responsibilities

4.1 Community Standards: Members are expected to contribute responsibly and respectfully to CEEC’s growing knowledge base. Misconduct, including harassment or disruptive behavior, may result in revocation of membership.

4.2 Non-Commercial Use: CEEC operates as a private, non-commercial entity. Members are welcome to share knowledge and resources within the platform and may accept donations or contributions in recognition of their efforts. These contributions are not considered commercial transactions and align with CEEC’s mission to foster collaboration and mutual support. In the future, members may have opportunities to offer content on a “donate-to-access” basis, further enhancing their ability to share value while respecting CEEC’s non-commercial principles.

5. Security and Privacy

5.1 Data Privacy: CEEC prioritizes member privacy and secures all user data. Members are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. CEEC will never share personal data with third parties without explicit consent.

5.2 Content Liability: While CEEC provides a platform for knowledge-sharing, members are responsible for ensuring that their shared content complies with applicable laws and community guidelines.

6. Dispute Resolution and Policy Changes

6.1 Internal Dispute Resolution: CEEC emphasizes mediation and constructive dialogue for resolving disputes between members or with the organization itself. External legal interventions are discouraged unless all internal avenues have been exhausted.

6.2 Policy Amendments: CEEC may periodically update this agreement to adapt to evolving community needs. Members will be notified of significant changes and are encouraged to review the agreement regularly to stay informed.

7. Global Participation

7.1 Worldwide Membership: CEEC welcomes members globally, with tools and resources designed for universal accessibility. Members must comply with the laws of their local jurisdictions while participating in CEEC.

7.2 Accountability: By joining CEEC, members agree to uphold the values of the association and act with integrity in their interactions.
